Q: What does the Free Player allow?
A: This will only allow the selection of a YouTube or a "flv" file that can be accessed via URL on the internet. You are also limited to the level of reports you can access.
Q: What does the other Players allow?

Creating a Video FAQ
Q: Create a Video that will get a response
A: iPOWOW! videos are different, you are asking for feedback as the user are watching, so ASK for feedback.
Q: Create a Video that looks good
A: Make sure you have the correct lighting, sound and framing. See a great short video from BBC showing how.
Q: What standard should the video be recorded at?
A: Our video format is focused on the “talking head” format. We encode to 320 x 240, 15 fps, mono in “flv” and “H.264” formats. To get better quality, record in 480 x 360 at 25 fps as paid members get access to this format.
Q: Multi Votes?
A: Most systems only allow one vote per person. We capture all the votes and then mark the first vote and any votes after that as secondary votes. This information allows extra analysis of users changing their opinion.
Q: Embedding on my Site?
A: We use the “iFrame” method to embed the video. Some editors won’t allow the use of the “iFrame” method, so we offer two other ways which allow the pop up of a window from our servers. If your editor doesn’t support ‘iFrame”, it may be possible to get it to support this. TinyMCE just needs the “iFrame” tag added to it’s “allowed list” to allow the insertion of “iFrames”.
Q: I use Wordpress and keeping losing my iFrame?
A: Wordpress is designed to remove the iFrame function . The best way is to install a pug-in that allows iFrame or if you can’t do this, write your text first and then switch to HTML mode and paste the iFrame code in. Once you have done this, DO NOT change back to preview mode as this is when the iFrame code will be removed. Same applies to any javascript and you will have to paste in again.
