iPOWOW Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement

In this Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement, "we" and "us" refer to Political Media (Australia) Limited, and "our" has a similar meaning.
Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement applies to all aspects of the iPOWOW website service, including but not limited to the website and content available through www.iPOWOW.com and applications, software, goods and services offered through the Service and any iPOWOW accessed on another website (the Service), including the provision of content, participation in interactive parts of the Service and the purchase of services on the website.
Under Australian law, we are required to make available this Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement. This Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement explain in general terms how we protect the privacy of your personal information under the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). It also sets out the matters which we are required to disclose to individuals under National Privacy Principles 1.3 and 1.5.
