Ettienne brings to iPowow over 15 years of specialized business building and entrepreneurial know-how. Founder and CEO of Business Backbone Pty Ltd, an international award winning company, under the umbrella of the world’s largest and most successful executive coaching organization ActionCoach. Prior to this he was a founder and CEO of Big Bite Media Pty Ltd – a dynamic ambient outdoor advertising company. His experience in business cuts across multiple industries – business development consulting, media production, media distribution, construction, engineering, wholesale distribution, and new media.
Peter Tippett
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Peter is the technical architect behind iPowow. He possesses 25 years of experience in developing commercial level software with awards for his work. Peter has also worked as CTO of LEAP Legal Software, in which he drove the core software product that led to LEAP's rating as one of the top 50 Deloitte fastest growing technology companies. Peter comes from a background of Production and Industrial engineering giving him a well rounded knowledge beyond software development
Gavin Douglas
Chief Revenue Officer/Chief Creative Officer
Gavin is an accomplished Media Producer and Format Developer with over 15 years experience in both content production and new format development across a variety of media platforms. He most recently developed and wrote the international TV series ‘Miracles’ for the ABC and National Geographic. Prior to that, Gavin has Produced, Directed or Edited over 30 television series in 10 countries and worked on multiplatform projects that link linear media with Future Media & Technology.
Christine Gardiner, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Christine Gardiner is a seasoned veteran with extensive financial and management experience. She has spent the last few years consulting to various private and public companies in Silicon Valley. She has held senior level financial positions at various companies such as OmniCell and Novell, serving for six years as Controller and then CFO of Connectix Corporation prior to its acquisition by Microsoft. Gardiner began her career with PriceWaterhouse and is a CPA in the state of California.
David Kierans
Chief Technology Officer
David has over 15 years experience in Software Engineering. He has developed a broad range of skills in that time that has seen him not only design, build and deploy best of breed software solutions but also the high performance networks and infrastructure architectures that underpin them. Prior to working at iPowow David held various Internet Technology related Engineering positions with IONA Technologies, Singtel/Optus, iBurst and others. He is also holds a CISSP qualification and helps out the ISC organisation whenever possible.
